Nothing

They got their dads, their moms, here
Kissed their beloved brother
Braids each others’ hairs and laugh with no fear
Never stay up late for a last call like I remembered

For the valley that came up when I opened this door,
And the rain my only playmate,
For somewhat I’ve been looking for,
Which one of you dare to call it a fate?

Steal my dignity like I’m nothing
They won’t realize when there’s nothing left. Will they?
It’s not like a movie, it’s not a happy ending
The system that paralyzed I will not obey
